ESA Consulting Engineers, PA (ESA) is a consulting engineering company that specializes in services related to emergency power systems including: dc systems (telecommunications dc power plants), stationary batteries, battery chargers, inverters, uninterruptible power supply systems and stored energy power systems. The services provided by ESA include training, litigation support, expert witness, expert consulting, failure investigations, root cause evaluations, engineering audits, maintenance assessments, equipment qualification and design reviews.

Areas of services include: equipment installation, startup, testing and maintenance; equipment specification, selection, sizing and qualification; and failure analysis. ESA also provides QA/QC services for vendor qualification, audit, surveillance and witness testing.
